We appoint people to join the Chiesi team entirely on the basis of personal merit, and our recruitment and selection process is designed to give you plenty of scope for showing us your abilities.
We encourage applications from many different backgrounds as we believe new perspectives can bring great benefits to us, as an organisation that values creative thinking.
Depending on the position you apply for, the selection process could include an initial face-to-face interview followed by a selection event. These events help us to identify people with similar values to ours as well as the skills we need and could, for example, consist of a further competency-based interview, a role play simulation, a business analysis exercise and/or giving a presentation.

Depending on your role, this training is delivered in a variety of ways, including both classroom-based learning and e-learning.
We actively encourage internal promotion and movement between different functions. As well as supporting colleagues to further their professional qualifications, we also support those who would benefit from business-related courses.
New members of the Chiesi field force are given an intensive 4-week course to equip them to do their job with confidence and professionalism, followed by all the support and guidance required to pass ABPI accreditation with flying colours.
